We believe that it's a fully stocked & dressed premium bar service that includes domestic and import beers, house red & white wines, and premium & top shelf liquors complete with all the mixers and garnishes. We believe it's an educated and professional staff that doesn't just know your name, they know your drink menu.

Three Liquor & Beverage Service Options Available:

The One Olive Package: 

Full Cash Bar Service - With the full cash bar service a deposit/minimum will be refunded to client once the cash bar has reached the threshold or a partial deposit will be refunded if the full amount of the guarantee is not reached.  Full Point of Sale Tracking terminals will be used at all times at the cash bar to insure that the clients interest are represented.  Z report will be provided upon request.

The Two Olive Package: 

Partially Hosted Bar Service - With a partially hosted bar service a deposit or predetermined number of drinks and beverages will be provided and the bar becomes a Cash Bar after the agreed paid amount is reached.  Z Report will be provided upon request)

The Three Olive Package: 

Fully Hosted Bar Service - With our fully hosted bar service a deposit amount will be applied to the full liquor and beverage service tab at the end of the evening.  Z report will be provided upon request.

*Client is given until ten days prior to the event to decide between the bar service option of One Olive, Two Olive, or Three Olive options.  However, Full Deposit must be made and contract signed to hold the date.!
